At Zaru, the design celebrates the lively energy of Japan's street frontage dining while paying tribute to the artisanal craft behind its signature chewy noodles, sourced directly from Kagawa Prefecture. The interior embraces a bold, upbeat palette: rich greens, warm reds, and cool blues set a vibrant tone, complemented by playful touches of neon and layered textures. Custom shelving punctuates the walls, showcasing rows of bowls and curated objects that nod to tradition while creating rhythm and order in the space.
